Free Exchange

• The exchange request has to be raised within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
• You need to enter the order number & your email/registered phone number. You can exchange the same
• Product in a different color/size option or you can exchange with a different product from our catalog.

• We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a fresh piece delivered. The exchange process will start as soon as we receive the returned product.
• The product should be unused/unworn and a request should be raised within 7 days of delivery
• We have a free exchange policy.
• No request will be taken for the products that are getting exchange for the second time.
